Our theme: "Support program for becoming well-educated persons - Forward the positive career improvement and reform the system for rich humanities by use of analog and digital technology according to their level of proficiency"
On July 7th, 2008, our program was adopted as "Student Support Program for new social needs" by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Science Technology. We believe it is important for students to act positively and grow up to be genuine educated persons with advice and support by CIST faculty and staff. Our educational ideal leads students to have basic academic skills, expertise and, furthermore, a good general foundation as members of society, which are required in the companies and the local community. More specifically, we develop more effective support system both by use of analog methods such as dialogue between a teacher or a staff and a student, courses for enhancing power of expression and so on, and by use of digital methods such as study guidance and support with ICT technology (students' general records), SNS reunion and so on
