International Conference ICBIR2026 Held at Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology (TNI)

The 2026 11th International Conference on Business and Industrial Research (ICBIR2026) was held in Bangkok, Thailand, from May 21 to 23, 2026. Technical sessions took place on May 21 and 22. The conference venue was the Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology (TNI), one of the University’s international partner institutions.
 

The conference was jointly organized by the Artificial Intelligence Association of Thailand (AIAT), the IEEE Thailand Section, the Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology (TNI), and the Technology Promotion Association (TPA). Technical co-sponsors included the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and Chitose Institute of Science and Technology (CIST), among others.
 

IEEE is the world’s largest professional association dedicated to advancing technology, with more than 400,000 members worldwide. Its areas of interest cover a broad spectrum of disciplines, including information science, computer science, electrical engineering, electronics, information and communication technology, artificial intelligence, and big data.
 

At the request of TNI, one of its partner universities, CIST supported the organization of the conference as a technical co-sponsoring institution. During the opening session on the morning of the first day, Associate Professor Rungsun Lertnaisat, President of TNI, delivered welcoming remarks on behalf of the host institution. This was followed by an address and introduction to IEEE by Professor Supavadee Aramvith of Chulalongkorn University, former Chair of the IEEE Thailand Section. Professor Aramvith currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at CIST.
 

Professor Yoshikazu Miyanaga, President of CIST, served as one of the Honorary General Chairs of ICBIR2026. The conference attracted more than 200 participants and was conducted successfully in a vibrant international atmosphere.
